so i have now officially been accepted into a new little household of friends. Its like a second family to tell the truth, and its great!

Theres a Papa Bear, He's big and protective and scaaarie and also cute and cuddly and nice and stuff . He kind of quietly leads us all gently without ever really making a fuss of it. he is one of those people that can make what he does look easy, and what he does is incredible.

Then theres Mama Bear, who i didnt get used to for a little while longer, but the more i get to know her and feel comfortable with her, the awesomer she gets. shes amazing in that she never gets boring. i feel as though i will never really learn everything there is to learn about her, she seems to have an endless stream of incredibly interesting stuff, things she knows, things she has done, things she think about...

The next in the family is.... well i suppose i would call her an aunt. She is almost like a mixture of mama and papa bears, with something extra added in. She is as protective as Papa Bear, as interesting as Mama Bear, and sharp as a tack to boot. she has an amazing strength of character which i think everyone is drawing on, even when neither they nor her realize it.

her son (her biological son may i add is a part of it too, i guess i would call him a cousin in that case . i am still getting to know him but so far he seems incredibly cool. as i can hear (he is sitting on the couch next to me) he has a decent taste in music, and all i can fault him on so far is having hair longer than mine (damnit! grow hair grow!)

Then, cos i am so lucky, i even get a brother and a sister! they are a bit more distant location wise, but, like any family, we are always close. the mischevious, hilarious and warm sister that you feel like you can talk to about anything from the moment you meet her. the brother, strong and good natured, with an easy going attitude and a ready smile.
